May 8: Summer Job Opportunity at the Historic Amarillo Building — two positions

The Amarillo Building is celebrating its 100th anniversary this year! To commemorate this milestone, we are hiring two workers for a 10-week summer position to help enhance and celebrate this historic landmark. Start June 1, 2026.

The Celebrating Design Texas Awards is the annual design competition recognizing the finest interior design achievements within the ASID Texas Chapter. ​The 2026 competition is open to all ASID Texas Chapter members in good standing. There are a total of 42 Categories, including two exclusively for Emerging Professionals who have practiced interior design for five or fewer years, two exclusively for students, and two for industry Collaborations.

Accreditation: The interior design program leading to the B.F.A. in Interior Design is accredited by the Council for Interior Design Accreditation, www.accredit-id.org, 206 César E. Chávez Ave SW, Suite 350, Grand Rapids, MI, 49503.

The CIDA-accredited program prepares students for entry-level interior design practice, for advanced study, and to apply for membership in professional interior design organizations. The B.F.A. in Interior Design granted by the University of North Texas meets the educational requirement for eligibility to sit for the National Council for Interior Design Qualification Examination (NCIDQ Exam).
