As an artist and designer, I thrive in experimentation and telling a story through my work. I’m at my best when the work isn’t done completely on a screen. I get immersed in illustration, printmaking and any process that requires patience and attention to detail. The slower and more tedious, the better. I love the rhythm of carving, the scratching of a pen, and the way a print reveals itself after each layer.

Bricklink Designer Program redesignThe Bricklink Designer Program is a community-driven line where creators design and vote for sets to be officially produced by LEGO. For this campaign, I changed their system to more closely match the visual identity of the Bricklink website and other community-driven Lego themes like Ideas. The logo is based on the impossible cube to exemplify the complex nature of the Designer Program sets.

Black-and-neon green phone screensThis app is a theoretical interface that colonists working for the Weyland-Yutani Corporation, of the Alien franchise, would use daily for scheduling, warnings and setting goals. It’s designed to be intentionally difficult to use, as the WYC uses its colonists like disposable indentured servants and keeps regular life extremely difficult.

Ad campaign to encourage brewing of KombuchaCulture Club is an entrepreneurial campaign idea I had for a kombucha brewing starter kit. They would sell scoby, the bacteria used to brew kombucha, in pre-bottled, living, jar form, as well as a dry kit for shelf stability. Brewing can be an intimidating process, but Culture Club makes kombucha brewing a more accessible hobby for beginners.

My partner, Daniel DesCamp, and I created this poster for Oceana, an ocean conservation non-profit organization, using cyanotype photography for the visual. We exposed the image with various types of plastic waste we collected. Our condemning headline is a call to action to stop adding to the increasingly high amount of plastics polluting the Earth's oceans.

""This volume of the Cryptid Catalog goes over the story of the Mothman, a legendary winged, humanoid cryptid with glowing red eyes, as researched and told by the "Last Podcast on the Left," a crime, comedy and horror podcast. I adapted the text from the script of LPOTL’s series about the Mothman. Using a visual system inspired by scrapbooks and manic conspiracy theories, it’s designed to feel mysterious and a little insane, with a touch of humor to match the tone of the comedy podcast.
