Job functions include but are not limited to the following
-    Assist in building survey and verification
-    Assist in checking and CAD input of building CAD files
-    Assist in drawing construction details for standard detail library
-    Follow established CAD standards and procedures
-    Keep track of different requests for CAD file update and coordination
-    Assist in archiving drawings and documents
-    The ability to perform work that involved standing, walking, and the ability to safely lift, carry and haul over 25 lbs.

•    Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
•    Responsible, reliable, and punctual
•    Good interpersonal skills and ease in relating to people from varying educational, cultural, and social backgrounds
•    Ability to learn assigned tasks readily and adhere to prescribed practices and procedures Preferred Qualifications
•    Ability to use AutoCAD and/or Revit software to manipulate and create plan sets
•    Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
•    Good organizational skills and responsibly complete assigned tasks
•    Ability to be detail-oriented with tasks that require critical thinking and focus on producing accurate work

Applicants with knowledge of AutoCAD and experience in architecture/ interior design/ engineering survey will be given preference. Revit experience is desired but not required.
Will be driving a State of Texas vehicle — must have a valid driver license.

This is a security-sensitive position. 
Work schedule Mon-Fri, 8-5 p.m.
