Gensler is excited to announce the 2026 Brinkmann Scholarship + Design Challenge.
The Brinkmann Scholarship is an annual award that honors Don Gensler's legacy of nurturing
emerging talent to support the education of emerging design talent. Talented students
enrolled in a U.S. interior design program who are entering their final year are encouraged
to apply for the Gensler Brinkmann Scholarship. Finalists and winners may also be
considered for paid internships in a Gensler office during the summer of 2026.

The ASID Student Portfolio Competition showcases the nation's finest collection of
student design projects, highlighting exceptional thought, innovation, and creativity.
Submissions are evaluated on concept, content, context, and execution. Submissions
will be accepted between Dec. 3, 2025, and Feb. 4, 2026.

The Ageless Living Collaborative, ALC, is pleased to announce the opening of applications
for the 2025 ALC Senior Living Design Scholarship, proudly sponsored by Samuelson
Furniture. This scholarship recognizes and supports interior design students dedicated
to creating environments that enrich and improve the lives of older adults.
Two scholarships of $5,000 each will be awarded to outstanding students who demonstrate creativity, compassion, and
a strong commitment to advancing design for aging populations.

The interior design program leading to the B.F.A. in Interior Design is accredited by the Council for Interior Design Accreditation, www.accredit-id.org, 206 César E. Chávez Ave SW, Suite 350, Grand Rapids, MI, 49503.
The CIDA-accredited program prepares students for entry-level interior design practice, for advanced study, and to apply for membership in professional interior design organizations. The B.F.A. in Interior Design granted by the University of North Texas meets the educational requirement for eligibility to sit for the National Council for Interior Design Qualification Examination (NCIDQ Exam).
