As a UX designer, I am motivated by measurable progress and meaningful results that
demonstrate real change in behavior, systems, and user experiences. I am also driven
by working within collaborative environments where shared ideas lead to stronger,
more impactful design outcomes.
This project explores optimization of mobile subscription paywalls through A/B experimentation
and iterative design. The screen being showcased depicts a paywall variation tested
and built to evaluate conversion performance. It was supported during its early implementation
using Superwall software to enable dynamic paywall delivery and real-time experimentation.
This project developed assistive solutions that addressed the challenges that people
with special needs must confront. It became known as “The Daily Living Labs initiative.”
The work shown here represents “The Leg Lift Prototype,” a low-cost mobility device
designed to support independent leg repositioning for wheelchair users. It was tested
in real-world conditions at a facility in Wylie, Texas, dedicated to helping adults
with special needs.
This project reimagined West Elm’s hyperglobalized, artisan-based supply chain through
a creator portal that connects them with a wide variety of designers who collaborate
with them to design and produce work. The platform enhances transparency and equity
in these processes by tracking production and compensation, which empowers artisans
by affording them greater creative and financial control while strengthening consumer
trust in ethical sourcing practices.
