I’m an attentive UX designer who focuses on transforming complex information into
intuitively guided systems. Throughout my work, I aim to identify gaps in processes
and design strategic bridges that connect users, data and align business goals.
I collaborated with a team of eight consultants to build an engaging community-based
platform that connects small business owners with accessible resources to start, grow,
and scale through broadly informed, cross-team interactions between users, stakeholders,
and developers. Pocket Consultant achieved a 17% growth rate within the first month
of its launch.
I co-developed and designed an IOS upgrade for this app that was designed to simplify
password management for Apple users. This worked by allowing them to create and operate
methods that improved the private, per-user visibility of compromised passwords to
allow for faster, more memorable modifications. This resulted in a 25% reduction in
time-on-task, a 1.7-point increase in NPS, and a 30% improvement in CSAT.
I led an interdisciplinary team of four as we worked together to build a fully functional,
AI-powered, knowledge discovery tool. It connected caregivers and dependents with
physical and online resources that could help those struggling to meet daily living
challenges do this more effectively. Access to over 1,500 resources was eventually
included, thus ensuring timeline alignment and effective curation by both users and
stakeholders.
