I’m a product designer who taps into a broadly informed knowledge base to inform how I build meaningful, user-centered experiences that help real people resolve real problems. I do my best work in collaborative, cross-functional teams, and am especially energized by turning ideas and insights into tangible outcomes that satisfy both user and stakeholder needs and wants.

A light green box that contains “LocalOP: Instantly connect to your new neighborhood’s utilities, services, and resources” appears at lower left. It’s set against a background of 6, angled smartphone screen images that depict Uis for this app.LocalOP is an app that helps newly moved people integrate into their new homes more effectively by helping them connect with city utilities and other services, as well as begin to forge ties with local community groups and organizations.

A smartphone screen is portrayed at the right in this image depicting information pertinent to a doctor-patient exchange of information. The left side displays a headline reading “DoctorNotes: Your Personal Health Companion” atop caption copy.My redesign of the information sharing experiences that drive the primary functionality of the “DoctorNotes” system replaced an external, PDF-guided information flow with an in-app system featuring ad-hoc sharing, auto-sharing, and a “Sharing Circle” feature. These combined to make individuals' health data sharing tasks easier, more private, and more well-connected to their care networks.

A cartoon character in a hat and scarf stands beside a cat on the right side of this image, with a fueling interface behind them. At left appears a blue panel displays the headline “Krojis: A Fresh, New Look” with supporting caption text. This project created a gamified experience for Kroger Plus members while fueling their cars. Customers use loyalty points to customize the appearance of “Kroji” characters, reinforcing engagement and strengthening loyalty across both gas stations and grocery stores.
