As a UX Designer focused on designing everyday tools, interactive products, and services, my passion is informed by accessibility research and building technologies that help make life easier. Curiosity guides my work in creating everyday experiences that, at their core, meet the physical and emotional needs of a wide variety of people.

An orange-&-black headline reading “Dayli: Developing the foundation for resource-finding and community-building” appears atop a grey background. Three laptop screens appear side-by-side beneath this, each displaying versions of the Dayli website.I co-created the Dayli website with input from a group of seven specially abled individuals and three of my peers to connect and match users to disability resources that were tailored to meet their individual needs. This website serves as both an ideational foundation and a proof-of-concept that will guide future developments.

A white headline reading “DeepClean: Enhancing the current cleaning experience by turning dread into motivation” appears atop a hazy blue background. Images of a smartwatch and 4 depictions of its screens and a box with a caption appear beneath this. The DeepClean app and web presence enhance the current housecleaning experience by turning the dread often associated with these chores into motivation by gamifying how people plan for and engage in them. DeepClean emulates “cleaning simulator” games by mapping out room and furniture cleanliness, providing achievable milestones, and helping to break distinct cleaning tasks into “pieces” that its users can pick up at any time.

A light green box that contains “LocalOP: Instantly connect to your new neighborhood’s utilities, services, and resources” appears at lower left. It’s set against a background of 6, angled smartphone screen images that depict Uis for this app.LocalOP is an app that helps people integrate into their new homes more effectively by helping them connect with city utilities and other services, as well as begin to forge ties with local community groups and organizations.
