As a UX designer and strategist, I focus on accessible design, sustainability, systemic thinking and community engagement. In every project, I aim to utilize well-formulated research to address the root of problems and work closely with users and stakeholders to ensure design outcomes are impactful.

A young woman holding a clipboard stands next to a man in wheelchair wearing a baseball cap in a lavatory space equipped with a wall-mounted support bar. A headline next to this photo reads “Encouraging Collaboration with Daily Living Labs.”I led three teams to host four community workshops, design six low-cost/DIY accessibility aids in collaboration with users, and develop an advanced product discovery tool enhanced by several AI-enhanced features and functions.

An array of five images that depict various webpages designed to provide information about diabetes prevention and management are shown near a headline that reads “Supporting Education with EndoMD.”I collaborated closely with medical professionals, co-designers, videographers and developers to launch engaging informational content and streamline approval processes for a web presence dedicated to helping rural Texans prevent and manage diabetes.

A smartphone screen is shown with text atop it that reads “Introducing Apple Vault.” Other images appear near this containing text that reads “Apple ID Sign In Requested” and “Building Trust with Apple Passwords.”

I built three new password management features based on insights from intensive user research and testing.
