I originally took root in design because I wanted a profession that stretched all parts of my brain- logical, creative, emotional. I wanted the opportunity to solve people’s issues, achieving solutions that would support their lives and positively impact their wellness.  

UNT has allowed me to bloom in many ways as a designer. I have had opportunities to collaborate with peers, faculty, and professionals. I have had opportunities to travel the world and learn from international design firms, participate in student competitions, and expand my knowledge of design through education and professional practices. Next, I see me planted in a place where I will be able to continue growing professionally, creatively, and personally.
