I wanted to take root in design because I saw it to use my talents to do good in the world. Design has the power to visually communicate ideas. I hope that with the skills I have learned, I can create work that serves a larger purpose.

The classes at UNT provided a great balance of structure and freedom in their curriculum which has helped me bloom as a designer. Because of this balance, I have been able to develop my own style and philosophies. I see myself being planted in a place where I have plenty of freedom to be creative while having those restrictions that boost creativity.
