I took root in design because I felt empowered and excited by creative expression and the analysis of environmental needs. It allows me to balance both freedom and structure to create spaces for others to enjoy. 

UNT has helped me bloom as a designer by providing access to a wealth of knowledge and encouraging me to stay invested in my growth throughout my college journey. I see myself planting my roots in sustainable design, experiential design, or event/project management — wherever the wind takes me.
