About: Hannah Todaro graduated from the University of North Texas with a B.F.A in Fashion Design with a minor in English, where she spent her time focusing on sustainable textiles and techniques while mastering patternmaking, CAD, knitwear, and garment construction. Hannah aims to create a more sustainable and ethical fashion industry by developing creative solutions to the textile waste and fast fashion epidemic. Hannah has specialized in recycled surface design, convertible fashion, plastic knitwear, and zero-waste patternmaking during her time at UNT. To further her education, Hannah has spent time practicing fashion merchandising for a boutique in Plano, where she spent time buying merchandise, decorating displays, and managing customer satisfaction. Hannah hopes to use her skills to introduce a more sustainable and accessible sportswear sector to the fashion industry.
