About Me
As a designer, I have a passion for diving into complex problems and creating solutions, or outcomes, that are accessible to as many people as possible. My background in studio art gives me a unique perspective on designing accessible, usable and visually compelling systems that address real-world problems on behalf of real people. Much of my inspiration has come from interacting with others (inside and outside of design), and discussing lots of different ways that interactive systems can be improved on a personal level. When I am not latched to my computer, I enjoy trying new vegetarian recipes, vintage shopping, meeting new people, capturing photos of friends, and creating mixed media art.
What is your favorite memory in the Communication Design program?
Probably Michael bringing fresh broccoli to our Type One class at eight in the morning (he called it “fuel for critical analysis”).
