Status: Full time, Monday – Friday, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. with occasional overtime
Travel: Local travel required

Job Description

Project Managers work with the Designers and Clients on assigned projects. The project manager must closely monitor progress for all aspects of the project and ensure efficient, accurate, and cost-effective implementation. They must also regularly communicate with the Client, providing regular status updates and handling any questions or changes. The Project Manager responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

•    Client Interactions
o    Schedule and prepare team for Client meetings
o    Create meeting agenda and document notes with follow-up items
o    Prepare meeting presentations
o    Communicate notes and follow-ups to design team and Clients
o    Attend all Client meetings
o    Manage all financial communications with Clients

•    Project Management
o    Develop and manage project timelines
o    Identify team demand/capacity risks
o    Create a weekly dashboard for all assigned projects
o    Schedule and run internal and Client design review meetings
o    Manage project schedules, ensuring on-time deliverables
o    Track and follow-up on purchases and other outstanding items
o    Coordinate installation of projects

•    Billing and Purchasing
o    Create budgets and invoices
o    Send invoices to Clients and answer any questions
o    Enter specifications from Design team into Studio Designer software
o    Ensure payment is received from Clients and purchase required furniture, etc.

Qualifications

•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•    Experience running multiple client-facing projects (5+ years)
•    Attention to detail/accuracy 
•    MS Office Suite proficiency (including MS Project is a plus)
•    Strong organizational skills are essential
•    Must be proactive
•    Architecture, design or construction company experience preferred (2+ years)
•    Experience with Studio Designer software is a plus
