Favorite quote: "Sometimes you never realize the value of a moment until it becomes a memory" - Dr. Seuss

Some people know early on what they're meant to do in life, while others need more time to find that missing piece. I was the latter. I grew up enjoying crisp autumn days in Pittsburgh, but I knew it wasn't the place I was meant to be forever. Fueled by my need for change, I decided to join the United States Air Force. At 18, I ventured off into my new journey, with years of travel, new people, and my aircraft maintenance job. One day I visited the Warner Brothers' studio in Los Angeles, and that's the day that my vision for the future changed. I saw behind the scenes of my favorite shows and how they designed the sets. That's when I decided to look into universities that offered a degree in interior design. So here I am in Texas at UNT with a major in interior design and a minor in theater. I've had some fantastic opportunities thus far, including helping on an HGTV show, a residential firm, and now for Gulfstream Aerospace, which has been a mix of my past life and the present. I'm always open to new opportunities and can't wait to see what the future holds for me.
