Don’t miss an opportunity to experience the artistry of Dana Fritz, an acclaimed photographer whose work explores the dynamic relationship between humanity and the natural world through captivating representations of cultivated and constructed landscapes. With a significant career spanning over 140 exhibitions worldwide, her unique vision has earned prestigious honors, such as the Arizona Commission on the Arts Fellowship and the Society for Photographic Education Imagemaker Award.
Dana's work has been featured in two monographs, “Terraria Gigantica: The World Under Glass” (2017) and “Field Guide to a Hybrid Landscape” (2023) and supported by artist residencies in culturally and environmentally significant landscapes. Her artistic insights, now shared as the Hixson-Lied Professor of Art at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, make her one of the foremost voices in photography today.
