I have always found myself creating and wanting to push myself into pursuing art and design for my career. This is where I found myself my freshman year at UNT, in the communication design program. I wanted to combine my love for art, graphics, and to communicate that through different mediums, that’s when I discovered the interior design program and switched majors. It allowed me to create real spaces that combined all of those aspects I love, while also pursuing a minor in drawing & painting, and art history. My time in the ID program with phenomenal professors, and skilled classmates collaborating through the hardships we faced was an irreplaceable experience and set me up for my career. After graduation, I strive to continue growing as a designer and artist, and design spaces that will enhance the wellness of people, through creative problem solving and sustainable methods.

What’s something that is always on your work desk?
