Before returning to school, I built a career in automotive restyling dating back to the late 90s. Beginning with simple car audio installations, my career brought me additional skills and experience in the fabrication and modification of various vehicle interior components. This included hand-crafted hotrod interiors, bespoke Jeep Wrangler up-fittings, vehicle customization for tradeshows, and product design and prototyping.

During my time at UNT, I was accepted as a member of Alpha Chi National Honor Society, served as a teaching assistant, and started working with Capitol Shine, in Arlington, Va., to expand their business to include automotive accessories. After graduation, I plan to return to bespoke automotive design with Capitol Shine.
