As a senior finishing up my second bachelor’s degree, I have been able to learn and grow in different ways than I did when earning my first degree. I stepped out of the comfortable yet unfulfilling career I had in order to take a chance on something I could only hope was my true passion. This program, the people I have met, and the work I have done has not disappointed me. Interior design allows me to combine the practical with the creative, and to think on a human-centric level that I can empathize with. I have found delight in designing commercial spaces with a focus on furniture and human wellness and I am excited to continue working in and expanding my knowledge on these subjects when I leave school.
