What led you to pursue Interior Design?
When I was little, I always enjoyed rearranging my room, watching home improvement TV shows, and visiting the Pinterest app to plan my dream room. Of course, once I started classes at UNT, I quickly realized that interior design is completely different from interior decorating. But I developed a new passion for true interior design and creating enjoyable, sustaining, and healthy environments for occupants.

What are your hopes for the future of design?
In the future, I hope that all designers create spaces with empathy and compassion for the health and well-being of the end users. It is crucial that the environments in which we live, work, and play are also benefitting the Earth and the surrounding community.
