About Me: De La Cruz, a Mexican-American designer and artist, graduated from the University of North Texas with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Fashion Design and minors in Merchandising, Photography, and Sculpture. He has acquired a broad range of knowledge and skills, weaving them together to create a unique perspective and meaningful works of art. With a deep-rooted belief that fashion is an art form, De La Cruz infuses his designs with his passion for art and creativity, hoping to inspire growth and evolution in the industry. He envisions fashion as a diverse ecosystem that thrives best with inclusivity, branching into various identities such as gender and culture. He believes in nurturing sustainability, using eco-friendly materials and practices to cultivate a healthy and balanced environment. De La Cruz's design approach continuously evolves and seeks innovative ways to push the boundaries while remaining grounded in his values.
