Hi! My name is Macarena Astorga and I am a designer that is passionate about interaction design, research and brand strategy. It’s funny how when I was little I would sell drawings to my classmates for 50 cents a piece. I would have never thought that I would become a designer fueled by my culture that sells concepts, designs, illustrations and more.

When I am not dedicating my time to design, I am outside running long distances, boxing, coaching, dancing, reading or seeing amazing views as I hike.

What’s on your designer playlist?

People laugh at me when they see that I’m listening to country music as I work but I love it. I mix it up and add some Bachata and hip-hop/R&B such as Childish Gambino, Frank Ocean, Miguel, J Cole, etc. A little mix of everything to get the designs flowing!
