Tork is a multidisciplinary artist, curator, and researcher, pursuing a doctoral degree in the philosophy of art education with a minor in Museum Art Education. Tork's research focuses on the socio-political distribution of human and nonhuman agencies, their equilibrium float, and their episodic temporalities at the intersection of arts and education. Nasrin initiated a community arts-based research crafting titled The Komming Kommunity during her fellowship at the CVAD Galleries, informed by the work of Italian philosopher Giorgio Agamben. Her programming for the K Kommunity at the CVAD Galleries started with a generative series of meetings titled Conversations With, On Coffee & Tea, exploring multiple, intersectional narratives throughout the everyday. 

Tork has co-curated several shows in Belgium and exhibited her art in several museums and galleries overseas, including Iran, Belgium, The Netherlands, Sweden, Italy, and the U.S. Nasrin Tork obtained a B.A. in sculpture in 2014 from Tehran Art University, Tehran, Iran. She continued her graduate studies in fine arts, installation art, and later curatorial studies at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts of Ghent, Belgium.
