Office of the Dean Announcement: IDEA Initiatives — Will You Help?

IDEA Initiatives light bulb of many colors

CVAD Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Access Initiatives

To CVAD students, faculty, and staff:
You will receive an email on Nov. 8 with a link to a 15-to-20-minute Climate Survey. Please check your Junk Email folder if you don’t receive it.

It will come from Viewfinder® Campus Climate Surveys, info@viewfindersurveys.com.

The data collected will help us to learn who we are so we can shape who we want to become.

The survey closes on Nov. 24. Please look for this survey in your email.

A climate survey provides data that can assist in driving culture change by helping to identify areas on which to focus attention while also helping to monitor progress. Climate surveys can help ensure that we are honoring those values and can help us understand how well we are sustaining an inclusive environment.
