To register to be placed on the waitlist, please complete the application form below.

Apply: Two Steps

  1. Apply: Fill out the application and select the Submit button, then
  2. Pay: You may either A) pay the $820 tuition in full or B) send the required documentation for a full scholarship as soon as possible or no later than May 1, 2023, at 5 p.m.
  • A) Pay the $820 tuition 
  • B) Demonstrate eligibility for financial aid by submitting one of the Scholarship Eligibility documents to CreativeU@unt.edu no later than May 1, 2023, at 5 p.m.
    • Scholarship Eligibility Documents Accepted
      • Copy of the first page of your 2021 or 2022 IRS Form 1040 showing your income or
      • Evidence of
        • documentation of eligibility for the free/reduced lunch program for the 2022-2023 school year or
        • current participation in Temporary Assistance for Needy Families, TANF, or
        • a receipt of current Basic Food/SNAP benefits, or 
        • participation in the Food Distribution Program on Indian Reservations, FDPIR, or
        • documentation that the applicant is currently in the Foster Care System

Important Note: The number of available scholarships is limited. Creative U at UNT CVAD awards scholarships on a first-come, first-served basis.

Your application will be complete only after the Creative U office receives your payment or the required scholarship eligibility documents. The Creative U program is in the office of the Onstead Institute, 940-565-3954.
